Adea Company ("Adea", "we", "us") is a DBA of John Regan, CPA, PLLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through adeacompany.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a form on the Site, use our website chat, or book a call, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, job title, company name and website, and your answers to the questions on the form (for example, team size, revenue range, accounting software and the topics you need help with).

Your text message choices. If a form or the chat asks for your consent to receive text messages, we record whether you gave it, the wording you were shown, and when.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site uses cookies and similar tools, including analytics services, to understand how visitors use it (for example, pages viewed and how you arrived). We also use limited technical information, such as your IP address, to protect our forms against spam and abuse.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule the consultation or call you request.
• To provide, manage and improve our services and the Site.
• To send you text messages, only as described in section 5 and only if you consented.
• To send you emails about your inquiry and about our services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• To protect the Site and our forms against spam, fraud and misuse, and to meet our legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, customer relationship management, scheduling, email and text messaging providers. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or others.

4. Your choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the Site may then not work as intended.
• Access, correction or deletion: email us at askjohn@adea-company.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it.

5. Text messaging (SMS)

If you consent, we may send you text messages at the phone number you provide. Non-marketing messages relate to appointment confirmations, responses to your inquiries and updates related to your existing requests. Marketing messages, sent only if you separately consent to them, relate to special offers, discounts and service updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of submitting a form or of using our services. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to your inquiry, to provide our services, and to meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure.

8. Children

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
